جبل “توزلوجة” الملحي (http://alhawatour.com/interesting/mount-tuzluja-salt/)، بولاية إيغدير التركية، يقصده السياح المحليون والأجانب لاعتقادهم بأن زيارته ستساعد في الشفاء من أمراض الجهاز التنفسي.
ويمتلك جبل “توزلوجة” (http://alhawatour.com/interesting/mount-tuzluja-salt/) أكبر احتياطي ملح في منطقة شرق الأناضول، ويتم إنتاج الملح فيه منذ حضارة الحيثيين التي أفلت قبل 3 آلاف و500 عام.
وعقب حفر الأنفاق داخل الجبل، أصبح عبور السيارات داخله ممكنًا.

“بعض السياح الذين يعانون من أمراض في الجهاز التنفسي، يتماثلون للشفاء بعد أن يقضو قسطا من وقتهم داخل الجبل و “يتم إنتاج نحو 60 طنًا يوميًا من الملح في الجبل، ما يعني أنه مصدر دخل مهم بالمنطقة”.
ويقدر احتياطي الملح في الجبل، بأنه يكفي لسد احتياجات تركيا من الملح لـ 200 عام، حيث يتم تصديره إلى المدن التركية المختلفة والبلدان المجاورة مثل جورجيا، وأذربيجان، وإيران.
وقامت الحضارة الحيثية أو حضارة الحيثيين على معتقدات مختلفة، كانت واحدة من الإمبراطوريات ذات النفوذ في عصرها وبسطت سيطرتها على الأناضول وشمالي سوريا، وكانت ندًا للحضارات المعاصرة لها في بلاد الرافدين ومصر وبلاد فارس، في تلك الفترة.
واصطدم الحيثيون مع الفراعنة المصريين في معركة قادش قرب نهر العاصي في سوريا وانتصر فيها الحيثيون، لتوقع بعدها أول اتفاقية سلام بالتاريخ.
